ten years of service

Providing quality care for over a decade

Before Ethos began in February of 2014, the Grand Forks and Fargo-Moorhead communities faced a care gap. In the years that followed, the dedicated care teams at Ethos have become an invaluable resource throughout the communities we serve.

As we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, we are reminded of the increasing need for home health care and hospice services. Moving forward, we remain committed to our mission to enrich the quality of living for those we serve.

Celebrating our shared accomplishments

United by our Christian faith, our Ethos team has upheld the highest levels of compassion, integrity, and collaboration for the betterment of those we serve. These are just a few of the shared values underscoring our work, earning us recognition in the Best of the Red River Valley reader’s choice awards several years in a row.

Throughout our years of service, these accomplishments have been made possible by our care teams. The selfless service of our skilled nurses, social workers, therapists, home health aides, and beyond has enabled us to support families and loved ones during the most trying times.

Ensuring exceptional quality of care

At Ethos, we believe in bringing the same quality of care you would expect from an inpatient care setting to the comfort of home. Whether that’s embracing the latest in-home technologies or offering specialized support for conditions like diabetes, Parkinson’s, and dementia, we put consistent care within reach.

In addition to quality home health care, our hospice services bring a sense of comfort to loved ones. From pain management to 13 months of bereavement care for families, we support the full hospice journey.

Delivering personalized care

Part of what makes Ethos different is our tailored approach to care. We begin by getting to know everyone we serve on a personal level, building relationships from a foundation of empathy, respect, and understanding. From there, we prioritize your care needs, support any limitations or injuries, and work toward your health goals.

Along the way, our experienced caregivers keep families in the know through our culture of trust and transparency. Our goal is to empower those we serve to live each day to the fullest.
