“It is an honor to win Best Home Health Care of the Red River Valley,” says Cassie Zielke, Ethos Administrator. “We have worked so hard since we opened to provide home health care and hospice care to individuals and their loved ones, allowing people to remain independent in the comfort of their homes. We are so thankful for how welcoming the communities we serve have been. Our team prides themselves on providing great customer service, providing high quality care and focusing on the best outcomes. To receive this recognition for what we strive to do every day is very rewarding.

It is a privilege to serve those who choose Ethos Home Care and Hospice. We want our patients and their families to feel valued, independent, part of their care, comfortable and well informed, all while receiving high quality, compassionate care. Often times patients we serve are friends, family or neighbors – and if they are not, we want them to feel that way. Everyone we serve is important to us and we want to make sure their quality of life is at its best, and we will work hard and work together to accomplish that.

I am proud of our team every day. The team is hard-working, positive, self-motivated and they come to work with a purpose. They are ready every single day to enrich the quality of living for those we serve. When there are tough days, they are positive, solutions focused and encouraging to one-another. And on other days, they celebrate often, cheer for each other and challenge each other to be the best versions of themselves. The culture is one-of-a-kind at Ethos and it is rewarding to be part of a team that is so supportive and motivated to be the best.
